Radial Bearings
With an angular contact thrust stack, our radial bearings carry loads both on and off bottom at high capacities. Oversized radial bearings stand up to side-loading to ensure the pack is supported and build rates are met.
Rotor Catch & Housings
The rotor catch prevents the rotor from dropping into the well if the power section fails, protecting both equipment and the wellbore. Its housing provides a secure and durable enclosure, ensuring reliability during high-torque operations.
Flow Diverters
Flow diverters control the path of drilling fluid inside the motor, directing it for cooling, lubrication, and optimized power generation. This helps maintain consistent motor performance and protects internal components from excessive wear.
Transmissions
The transmission transfers torque from the power section to the drill bit while absorbing shocks and adjusting rotational speed. Different transmission types (CV, knuckle, flexshaft, hybrid) are selected based on directional drilling needs and formation challenges.
Fixed Bends
